New. New. New.

Welcome to Grape Expectations.

Sorry to say Spawn got tired of no pay. He went to the Blog Icon Union (similar to the Muses Union) and demanded compensation for being “The scariest bad-a@@ on any blog on the internet!”. His words not mine. I am fairly sure there are some scarier people or icons out there but, then he has always been a little full of himself.  I told his union rep that I would pay him exactly what I get paid for this blog, nothing. So Spawn quit and is on to greener pastures.

Living in the Napa Valley is all about location, location, location. I will be sprinkling in little tidbits about the area, people and of course, wine. Because what would the Napa Valley be without wine? A lot more quiet, that’s for sure.

The mayhem will, of course, come directly from my over active imagination, observations of my current guinea pigs (they have no idea) and people watching. Mayhem happens. A lot.

Hopefully this new blog will be a welcome diversion from the dark, wicked ways of Spawn. But, you never know, wickedness is everywhere……mwahahahah!

Thanks for stopping by………. 🙂

Muses have a union? Maybe that explains why mine has been out of touch lately. Possibly filing a complaint with the shop steward. I don’t always give her the respect she’s due, much less the salary.

You never know, Spawn could drop back by for a visit. Just to remind us evil lurks below the surface or behind a wine cabinet. Looking forward to the tidbits from Napa Valley. I’ll miss the spider though.

    • That’s true! LOL! Things are definitely different when you look through the bottom of a wine glass!

The spider is on the home page. I am trying to get him to show on each page but the layout I chose is fighting me!
